PROJECT OVERVIEW
We proudly present a completed Rodrozen Design + Build project, 1033 Mariaside Cresent in Yaletown, Vancouver.
This project involved taking a three-bedroom condo and making it family future-proofed, maximizing the living space by relocating one of the bedrooms and moving the kitchen further back into the condo, while also making the most of the view over Yaletown and the marina.
The client's brief was to maintain three bedrooms, so we ensured that a new third bedroom was designed where the existing kitchen used to be. By adding an internal window, we were able to cast natural light into this bedroom space, while also serving the purpose of being able to monitor any young children. The clients were able to place their artistic influence on the design of the two bedrooms that serve their growing family with the wall art custom created.
We are very proud of the result of this condo renovation, changing the existing layout to allow our clients to grow their family with an inviting lounge and kitchen space while ensuring they have the space to adapt as their family grows.
This project has been nominated in the Georgie Awards for 2023, being recgonised in its category by our peers in the design and build industry.
