PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Combining diverse masculinity and femininity elements, this one-bedroom condo is a moody and dramatic design with a mixture of ingredients to create this bold redesign. We opened up the living and kitchen space by removing the separating partition wall between these two spaces, breathing life and energy into this condo.

The homeowners wanted to upgrade their condo to take advantage of today's modern-day energy-efficient standards in both heating and lighting.

A touch of flair was added with a beautiful Cole & Son velvet wallpaper that adds texture and detail to the bedroom.

The bathroom is a deep and dark space with LED strip lighting creating accented shadows on the dark quartz countertop. In contrast with white floor tiles and plenty of overhead lighting for the utility purpose of the bathroom.

And finally, we feature the latest from Baril, the Marie Collection from legendary designer Marie Saint Pierre, with its distinctly rounded controls in the bathroom.
