PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This 1253 sq ft condo was renovated and modernized for our client's needs by converting a two-bedroom condo into a eye catching space that uses innovative storage space as well as a beautiful art gallery to showcase our clients art collections.  

This condo renovation features a floating cabinet with LED up and downlighting, we extended the millwork with a functional and entertaining wine and cocktail bar that features LED lighting and soft touch wine draws. We continued this through to the dining space where we showcase our client’s art above the dining table. We added onto the existing kitchen design with a pantry space and a sliding pocket door office.

We rearranged the guest bedroom to include an extensive walk-in closet with a hidden door accessing a quiet office space.

The best part is that this condo renovation features as a nomination in the prestigious George Awards for 2023.
