Welcome home to our signature condo design, open-plan living at its best. So good, this design and build successfully took away our first ever industry award, winning the 2016 OVATION Award for best condo over $200,000. This project is an example of taking a 1990s-style build and opening it up to a modern style.

We converted the kitchen from a closed-in U shaped to an open island-style kitchen while maintaining a large kitchen nook area for food storage and preparation.

The materials used are in keeping with the function and styles of today's Vancouver condo living with engineered wood flooring, Cambria quartz kitchen countertops and an extensive millwork package.
