We ripped the 80s from this stunning penthouse apartment in Kitsilano, Vancouver, and constructed a modernized home perfect for any Epicurean.
We love open living, and this home called for an expansive space to allow for a full-length kitchen island as the primary centrepiece. We created several formal dining, music, entertainment and working space zones. Art is front and center, with plenty of wall space and sculptures in focus.
The bathrooms feature palatial mirrors to create visual space, while our signature LED strip lighting helps create visual lines that further accentuate and create opulence. We incorporated a home sauna into the ensuite bathroom, further adding to the luxury of this regal home.
Finally, we feature a complete smart home system, an efficient air conditioning system and Hunter Douglas remote blinds.
